A Legacy of Passion Since the 1940s
Since the 1940s, the Bagresh family has been at the heart of Ethiopian coffee culture. With four generations of expertise, they’ve dedicated themselves to producing coffee that reflects Ethiopia’s unmatched heritage. Established in 2006, Tarara Coffee continues this tradition, sourcing and roasting the finest beans to create a truly authentic and unforgettable experience.

Trade, Not Aid
Empowering Ethiopia Through Every Bean
At Cavon Coffee, we believe coffee should benefit the people and communities where it’s grown. Unlike most imported green coffee that is processed abroad, leaving little value in the country of origin, every step of Tarara and Adwa Coffee from cultivation and harvesting to roasting and packaging is carried out entirely in Ethiopia.
By keeping the value chain local, we create sustainable jobs, support farmers and their families, and enable access to education for children. This approach goes beyond charity; it is a trade, not aid model that strengthens Ethiopia’s economy while preserving the authenticity, quality, and heritage of our coffee.
